Highlight 3.16 FreeHighlight is a straightforward program that converts programming code to HTML, XHTML, RTF and TEX, with support for syntax highlighting. The interface of the application is made from a regular window with a well-defined layout. Files can be loaded into the workspace by using either the file browser or “drag and drop” function. Highlight can process multiple items simultaneously, so you can add as many files as you want. Aside from previewing results in the main frame, you can establish the output destination and file t ypes, and configure output settings concerning stylesheets (e.g. embed CSS) or HTML (e.g. generate an index file).
