Concise Beam 4.59h Trial

A practical CAD application with advanced engineering capabilities that you can use to design and test standard or unique concrete beams

Concise Beam is a complex and yet easy to use CAD application that enables users to design and analyze precast concrete beams. The application performs its tasks in accordance to ACI 318, CSA A23.3 and AS3600 codes. Users can model cross-sections to meet their demands as well as create prismatic variations over the length of the beam. Using Concise Beam you can choose from multiple beam layouts such as simply supported beams, cantilevers, load distribution and cast-in-place pours.  Here are some key features of “Concise Beam”: · Multiple beam layouts: simply supported, cantilevers at one or both ends; · Able to analyze custom defined sections; · Subject the beam to all standard loads, load cases and combinations; · Able to design reinforced precast concrete beams, full or partially-prestressed precast concrete beams, deflected cut and debondedd tendons; · Compliant with American, Canadian, Australian codes; · Customizable codes; Requirements: · A video card compatible with Microsoft Windows OpenGL Limitations: · 30 days trial · Nag screen What’s New  · Adjusted the search for reinforcing steel for the shear strength under AS3600. · Added a new section library file for Canadian bridge girders from provincial MoTs (initially Ontario).
